1、Monitor key performance indicators of invested companies and conduct performance analyses, including collecting and analyzing operational and financial data, and provide performance improvement recommendations for selected companies 2、Support the deal team to manage the invested companies, including making daily management decisions, supporting communication, keeping documentation and helping with other related activities 3、Coordinate value-added service demands from the invested companies and connect them with the value-added service teams in Tencent 4、Conduct analyses of macro economy and related industry to identify new investment opportunities and support investment decisions

任职要求

We are looking for people with intelligence, ownership and great attention to details, who have real enthusiasm and curiosity on TMT related businesses and products, and evident team-working and communication skills 1、Strong interest, passion, and business sense for TMT, investment and Tencent 2、High level of integrity, dedication and motivation 3、Solid logical thinking, strong communication and problem-solving skills 4、Bachelor/Master degree from top universities 5、Fluency in English
