About the team: CAI (Creator Acquisition & Incubation) is a dedicated team focused on recruiting high-quality content creators and driving their growth at scale. Recognising that creators are central to the success of TikTok Shop, CAI prioritises strategies and solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of a large and diverse creator base. By leveraging scalable programs, streamlined resources, and a supportive ecosystem, CAI empowers creators to succeed collectively and contributes to the broader growth of the TikTok Shop ecosystem. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities 1. Creator and seller matchmaking strategy: Participate in the ecosystem matchmaking between creators and merchants, optimize matching efficiency through data analysis and operations, help increase the scale of matchmaking GMV. 2. Use internal platforms to support creator and seller operations, including outreach and configuration of incentives 3. Identifying the Affiliate Program strategy based on business needs and driving seller/creator deligence and GMV growth via Affiliate services/platform 4. Align with cross-function teams to improve creators/seller's affiliate experience on TikTok, including but not limited to online and offline GTM, brand opportunities, product launches, etc.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Strong educational background, currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master in University. 2. Available to start internship in Sep 2026 for 3-6 months. 3. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a diverse range of people and job functions. 4. Fluent in English to facilitate communication with stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications 1. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong in both verbal and written communication, flexible in an organisational environment 2. Extensive relevant experience in content-based platform 3. A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a strong sense of accountability.
