Responsibilities - Manage the full lifecycle of APAC employment-based work visas. - Partner with external immigration vendors to maintain high service standards, with a focus on professionalism and empathy. - Ensure consistent expectation-setting throughout the case lifecycle and escalate risks when necessary. - Develop clear communication templates, FAQs, and policy guidance materials. - Support the development and continuous improvement of immigration policies and procedures. - Analyse immigration data and reports to provide insights, recommendations and risk assessments to stakeholders, while collaborating cross-functionally to optimise processes.

Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. - Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting both local hire and mobility populations preferred. - Strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to navigate complex scenarios. - Proactive problem solver, with a track record of improving processes and delivering solutions in ambiguous environments.
