1、支持TikTok Shop业务岗位的交付； 2、独立对接业务负责招聘策略的制定及执行； 3、分析招聘渠道在不同岗位的适配性，找出渠道使用最优解； 4、负责项目岗位流程的整体推动；招聘工具的沉淀； 5、独立对接管理用人经理，并可独立完成招聘相关项目，市场调研； 6、具备招聘漏斗数据分析意识，根据数据诊断提出相关解决方案。 1.Support the hiring delivery for TikTok Shop business roles; 2.Independently partner with business teams to formulate and execute recruitment strategies; 3.Analyze the suitability of different recruitment channels for various roles and identify the optimal channel mix; 4.Drive the overall recruitment process for project-based roles and build recruitment toolkits/best practices; 5.Work with hiring managers and complete recruitment-related projects and market research; 6.Have a strong awareness of recruitment funnel data analysis, and be able to propose relevant solutions based on data diagnosis.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，英语口语可作为工作语言； 2、拥有1-3年相关招聘工作经验； 3、熟练使用招聘漏斗并成功解决招聘问题； 4、具备一定高实效性交付的经验与能力； 5、优秀的沟通表达、自我学习思考的能力。 1.Bachelor’s degree or above; spoken English can be used as a working language; 2.1–3 years of relevant recruiting experience; 3.Proficient in using recruitment funnel analysis and able to successfully solve hiring problems; 4.Possess experience and capability in delivering hiring results with high efficiency and effectiveness; 5.Excellent communication, expression, self-learning, and critical thinking skills.
