The mission of TikTok's Global Security Organization is to build and earn trust by reducing risk and securing our businesses and products. In whatever ways users interact with us — whether they're watching videos on their For You page, interacting with a Live video, or buying products on TikTok Shop — GSO protects their data and privacy, so they can have a secure and trustworthy experience. The Enterprise to Edge security team, part of the SecOps Validation Team (STOV) is responsible for the tools and technologies that support the TikTok infrastructure. STOV oversees technical validation, security operations, and drives engineering enhancements, including the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of security technologies across various domains. This role is responsible for the design and development of security architecture and the implementation of technical controls, and validating them in alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements. Key validation areas include enterprise security at TikTok and securing the full-stack security lifecycle. This position plays a critical role in establishing a foundational framework to assess and advance the maturity of TikTok’s security architecture. The role will also maintain and evolve security architectures across enterprise systems, endpoints, cloud, email infrastructure, data centers, networks, and CDN environments, enabling continuous validation and enhancement of security maturity. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement secure system architectures and control frameworks across data centers and hybrid/multi-cloud environments. - Embed security principles and defense-in-depth controls across infrastructure, cloud platforms, containers, IAM, and networks. - Lead threat modeling and architecture reviews to identify and mitigate risks introduced by new technologies and business practices. - Develop and maintain security architecture artifacts, standards, procedures, and baselines that align with the overall enterprise architecture. - Integrate automated security scanning, policy-as-code, and secure infrastructure-as-code practices into CI/CD pipelines. - Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to embed security throughout design, development, and implementation. - Perform periodic reviews and audits of infrastructure security controls, driving greater automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.

任职要求

Minimum Qualification(s) - 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a primary focus on cloud and infrastructure security. - Proven expertise in designing and implementing security controls across Hybrid and Multi-Cloud environments (e.g., Data Centers, AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI). - Strong hands-on experience managing security tools at scale such as WAF, DDoS defense, Network Segmentation, ZTI, AI security gateways. - Hands-on experience with key cloud security tooling and concepts (CSPM, CNAPP, CASB, DLP). - Solid experience with threat modeling, risk assessment methodologies, and security validation techniques. - Demonstrated ability to automate security control implementation and validation using tools or scripting. - Strong working knowledge of industry security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX) Preferred Qualification(s) - Master’s degree in a technical field or holding a relevant professional security certification (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, or Cloud Security Specialty certifications). - Proven experience working within a large-scale, global enterprise or highly agile, fast-paced technology environment. - Deep hands-on experience developing internal security tools and utilities in Python or Go for security validation, observability, and enforcement across hybrid cloud landscapes. - Deep familiarity with securing modern infrastructure technologies, including containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), Zero Trust Architecture, SASE, and CI/CD security integration. - Demonstrated expertise in advanced automation and validation techniques, such as Policy-as-Code (e.g., OPA/Rego, Sentinel) and continuous control validation platforms.
