Join the Special Projects Team to support strategic and operational initiatives across TikTok Shop’s e-commerce business. Work closely with cross-functional teams on business analysis, project coordination, reporting, and commercial operations, while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world e-commerce challenges and decision-making. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunitiy to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities - Support data consolidation and analysis by collecting, cleaning, and organizing business data from multiple sources - Assist in maintaining trackers, dashboards, and working files used for business reviews and team decision-making - Conduct basic analysis to identify performance movements, business gaps, and operational follow-up areas - Support regular business reporting and performance tracking across key Lifestyle initiatives, including campaign, seller growth, content supply, and productivity projects - Prepare clear and concise summaries, slides, and reports for internal stakeholders - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to follow up on inputs, progress updates, and action items - Support ad hoc strategic projects through research, data preparation, issue tracking, and execution coordination - Help improve team operating routines by documenting processes, organizing information, and identifying simple ways to make recurring work more efficient

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline - Good written and verbal communication skills in English - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, basic data cleaning, and structured data organization - Able to manage multiple tasks, follow timelines, and work carefully with detailed information - Strong interest in e-commerce, business operations, strategy, analytics, or commercial projects Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internship, project, or coursework exposure in e-commerce, consulting, analytics, strategy, commercial operations, or project management - Experience with dashboarding or data visualization tools is a plus - Structured problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down open-ended tasks into clear next steps - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities - Proactive in asking questions, clarifying expectations, and following through on assigned work If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com
