Team Introduction TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Oversee lifestyle Dining creator incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency. - Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities - Manage creators growth performance, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above in progress; all majors welcome, with a plus for business/data/operations-related fields. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Good analytical skills, communication skills, and team working skills; - Ability to manage mass communication and facilitate group coordination. - Able to work onsite at least 4 days a week for six months or above. Preferred Qualifications - Proactive, highly organized, and detail-focused - Thrives in a dynamic, creator-facing environment with shifting priorities. - Experience in creator operations, particularly managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow-through across all process stages. - Process-oriented thinker with the ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows. -Basic understanding of TikTok and content trends in the F&B industry is a plus.
