EC Value Proposition As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities 1. Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents. 2. Support strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth. 3. Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications 1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree program in any field of study. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Knowledgeable about the internet/tech industry, with previous experience or internship in talent acquisition being highly valued. 4. A proactive and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with others. 5. Authorized to work in the country of employment at the time of hire, with ongoing eligibility for the duration of employment.
