About the role: CapCut is seeking a UK AI Creator & Event Operations Manager to lead AI-focused event operations and marketing initiatives across the UK. This role will be responsible for building and scaling CapCut’s AI creator ecosystem, accumulating brand and industry resources, and partnering with regional marketing teams to execute high-impact AIGC creative campaigns. The ideal candidate will help position CapCut as a leading AI creative tool in the UK market by increasing the scale, activity, and retention of high-quality AI creators, while driving industry influence and user mindshare through innovative AI content and events. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a systematic marketing strategy for CapCut’s AI event ecosystem in the UK, building CapCut’s own branded AI creative event IPs and campaigns. - Partner closely with product teams to design and optimize event mechanisms, workflows, and participation experiences that continuously attract high-quality AI creators. - Collaborate with Marketing and UK teams to cultivate relationships with leading brands, agencies, creator communities, and industry partners, and execute influential AIGC creative events. - Identify, recruit, and manage high-potential AI creators across the UK, designing long-term engagement and incentive programs to improve creator retention and showcase output. - Plan and launch benchmark AI creator campaigns and case studies that amplify CapCut’s brand awareness, product influence, and AI market positioning. - Monitor campaign and creator performance, analyze data and user feedback, and continuously optimize event operations and creator growth strategies.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in content marketing, event operations, creator/influencer operations, or related fields. - Familiarity with AI image or video creation tools, and an existing network of AIGC creators/resources is mandatory. - Strong understanding of the UK marketing landscape and major global social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X. - Proven ability in campaign planning, creative event ideation, data analysis, and cross-functional project management. - Fluent in English, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and cross-border team environment.
