About the Team E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a regional team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities 1. Support daily monitoring and investigation of seller and product risk cases across SEA markets, including escalations, bad case reviews, and identification of similar/risky sellers/listings (using AI tools to help speed up investigation where relevant). 2. Assist in handling urgent and high-visibility cases, such as government recalls, PR issues, and other high-risk situations, including coordinating timely responses. 3. Support day-to-day operational requests, including escalated case reviews, configuration changes, and process troubleshooting. 4. Help prepare reports, trackers, and summaries (e.g. case status, risk trends, market comparisons) to support team reviews and leadership updates, and assist in documenting/refining internal workflows and SOPs. 5. Work closely with cross-functional teams (IPR, Risk Control, Compliance, Business), helping coordinate discussions, follow-ups, and alignment across stakeholders.

任职要求

Minimum Qualification(s): - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree. - Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and critical thinking. - Ability to work independently and follow through on investigative tasks. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or SQL. Preferred Qualification(s): - Experience in e-commerce or technology-related roles or prior exposure as an online seller or listing on platforms. - Interest in platform governance, risk, or operational policy. - Keen interest in AI is a plus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
