Our team is at the forefront of building and optimizing content safety systems. With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language and multimodal models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth. Responsibilities - Deliver business outcomes: Define WFM strategy and solutions to achieve supply-demand balance and cost objectives. - Product design: Conduct deep business/process research, produce high-quality PRDs, workflows, and prototypes to ship from 0→1 or iterate existing systems. - Cross-functional project leadership: Independently own cross-team initiatives (ops, eng, data, Ops), drive releases, adoption, and iterative improvements. - Metrics & data: Build and maintain KPI frameworks (e.g., workforce efficiency, completion rate, cost, etc.), use SQL and correlation analysis to diagnose issues and recommend optimizations.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. - 3+ years of experience in product management, specialising in trust & safety, platform integrity, abuse prevention, or related domains. - Familiar with end-to-end workforce management — demand forecasting, HC plan, scheduling algorithms, onsite, and cost management. - Strong logical thinking and data-driven decision making; proficient in SQL and metrics decomposition. - Excellent cross-functional communication, with a results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with supply-demand optimization or operations research techniques. - Hands-on experience building or operating large-scale WFM systems. - Prior experience in large-scale content moderation platforms.
