As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities - Assisting the team to outreach and onboard potential creators. - Identify, manage, and support high-potential sellers and creators in the Japanese market, providing day-to-day operational support to help them succeed in live commerce. - Create educational materials, deliver basic training, and support internal teams, sellers, and creators with explanations of live-commerce initiatives to enhance stream quality and drive growth. - Work with cross-functional teams to apply more resources and uplift affiliate performance.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications - Undergraduate or graduate student. - Familiar with E-Commerce and/or content creation. Able to use different social apps and tools such as TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc. - Good written & verbal communication skills in Japanese - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Willing to learn and be a good team player. - Highly motivated to learn, responsible, and able to adapt flexibly in a fast-changing environment. - Strong interest in live streaming, social media, and the influencer ecosystem. Preferred Qualifications - Proven experience in problem-solving and time management, can work under pressure. - Comfortable working with data.
