About the Team The Data Team at ByteDance is at the heart of building and optimizing the infrastructure platforms that power our products worldwide. Leveraging Bytedance's cutting-edge intelligent technologies, we are devoted to developing innovative products and solutions to shape the future. The work spans both domestic and international markets, supporting a wide range of business areas. By providing innovative technologies and scalable platforms, we enable multiple teams to achieve their goals and drive business growth across ByteDance's diverse product suite. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in building and scaling the technical talent that powers our data-driven innovations. Responsibilities: - Support R&D recruitment with understanding of cutting-edge tech sectors (such as LLMs and AR/VR hardware), with a proven track record of managing talent acquisition across diverse business lines. - Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies. - Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals. - Develop service level agreements (SLAs) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output. - Work with country and business unit leaders as well as the operation teams to understand relevant laws as well as manage and oversee the recruitment lifecycle globally for all ByteDance candidates to ensure great candidate experience. - Manage, coach and mentor members of the global recruiting team.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications - Experience in in-house or agency recruitment background. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. - A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in high-tech industry will be highly desirable. - Possesses strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
