About the Hiring Team Level Infinite is Tencent’s global gaming brand. What the Role Entails Manage official community channels, including social media platforms, discord, and community groups.   Plan and execute community engagement activities such as online events, contests, and campaigns.   Actively engage with players, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive and inclusive community environment.   Monitor community sentiment and gather player feedback, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.   Support marketing, PR, and influencer initiatives by amplifying announcements and campaigns within the community.   Manage KOC incubation programs, identify and onboard emerging creators and community members on multiple social media platforms.   Build and lead content moderator teams to enforce community guidelines to ensure safe and respectful interactions.   Host community surveys and market user research to support cross-functional team campaigns and align with user preferences and relevance. Who We Look For At least 3 years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles.   Strong understanding of gaming communities and player behavior in Thailand.   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.   Experience managing social media platforms and community tools.   Passion for mobile and PC gaming, with live-service experience preferred.
