1、Strong interest, passion, and business sense for Internet, investment and Tencent 2、High level of integrity, dedication and motivation 3、Bachelor/Master degree from top schools; All majors are welcomed 4、Excellent problem solving skills; Solid critical thinking skills 5、Fluency in English and Chinese 6、Internship experience with top consulting firms and/or investment banks is a strong plus
