About the Team GTL, Global Third-party Logistics, is part of ByteDance’s Southeast Asia e-commerce logistics organization. The team works closely with operations, hub, sortation, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen logistics execution, improve workforce productivity, and build data-driven management practices across the region. We are looking for a HRBP Specialist to join the GTL logistics team in Jakarta, Indonesia, based at Dunairex Sortation Center. This role is designed for a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable working close to frontline logistics operations. Responsibilities - Conduct talent reviews for the nationwide logistics operations team based on assessment models, covering key talent pools at the site manager and regional manager levels. - Organize and consolidate talent assessment results, identify key talent strengths, development needs, and potential successors, and support talent review and workforce planning for logistics operations. - Support the execution of organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives based on talent capabilities and business needs, including regional operations team activities, employee engagement programs, and other OC initiatives. - Assist in the planning and execution of recognition and incentive programs. - Provide daily HRBP support and work closely with HRBP, logistics operations leaders, and internal stakeholders to identify talent development and organizational needs, ensure timely follow-up on talent review and OC initiatives, and drive effective execution.

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Minimum 3years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HRBP support, talent review, employee engagement, or administrative HR roles within fast-paced organizations. - Comfortable working with performance data, employee data, and operational information; able to identify inconsistencies, summarize findings, and translate data into clear insights for HR and business stakeholders. - Strong execution capability and attention to detail, with the ability to manage recurring data tasks, follow up on open items, and deliver accurate outputs within agreed timelines. Preferred Qualification - Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to support employee activities, work with frontline logistics teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a practical and service-oriented manner.
