Responsibilities - Own APAC real estate portfolio tracking and space planning, including occupancy, seating capacity, business demand and supply-demand forecasting. - Assess workplace requirements such as workstations, meeting rooms and functional spaces, and develop solutions balancing feasibility, efficiency, cost and employee experience. - Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, negotiation, project execution and issue resolution. - Manage day-to-day space operations and drive improvements to workflows, systems and planning processes. - Conduct data analysis, market research and benchmarking, and translate insights into recommendations and decision-making materials.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or any other discipline. - Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills. - Ability to independently manage projects and translate business requirements into practical real estate solutions. - Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Able and willing to travel when required. Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant internships in corporate real estate, workplace planning, space management, project management or related fields. - Understanding of occupancy, utilization, capacity planning and workplace strategy. - Knowledge or experience with mainstream space management / IWMS systems. - Experience working with data analysis or visualization tools is a plus.
