Responsibilities: - Auction LIVE Seller Growth: Support live auction seller business development, onboarding, incubation, and ongoing management. - Identify and engage new seller leads, facilitate LKM tagging and onboarding, resolve blockers, and accelerate sellers’ launch and growth on LIVE. - Travel as needed for business development and seller engagement. - WBR & Reporting: Support Team B WBR documentation, weekly performance updates, and dashboard maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree - Strong ownership & initiative — Take responsibility for tasks end-to-end, proactively identifies opportunities, and works independently with minimal supervision. - Results-oriented — Focus on clear goals and outcomes, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering results. - Resourceful problem-solver — Able to navigate ambiguity, find information independently, and develop practical solutions with limited guidance. - Data analytical skills — Comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, drawing insights, and using data to support decisions. - Fast learner & adaptable — Learns new concepts, tools, and processes quickly and applies them effectively in a dynamic environment.
