About this team The Beauty and Personal Care team is responsible for driving the growth of one of the platform's most strategic consumer categories. We partner closely with leading brands, merchants, creators, and cross-functional teams to build category strategies, drive commercial growth, and deliver an engaging shopping experience for millions of users. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Category Data Tracking & Analysis Support - Update performance trackers to monitor key metrics and areas for improvement - Support in strategizing and executing plans to address key category priorities and projects - Lead special projects and programs that strategically align with overall category direction and priorities 2. Program and Project Management – In the ever-changing world of e-commerce, programs and projects are created to push growth. Supplement new programs within the category. Ensuring data driven key results and best practices to help onboard brands. Address key pain points from account managers and support efforts to push towards program success.

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a undergraduate in Business or a related Marketing discipline. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Excellent organizational and project management abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications - Practical experience in E-commerce category operations, competitor analysis, and creator management. - Opportunities to collaborate with and learn from experienced professionals. - Insights into market trends and strategic decision-making.
