1、达人运营与关系维护：通过一对一沟通及社群运营等方式，与达人建立并维护长期合作关系，提升达人活跃度、参与度及持续成长； 2、达人成长规划：制定季度及月度头部达人运营计划，提升达人优质内容数量，同时帮助达人提升在电商平台上的商业变现能力； 3、达人教育与培训：策划并执行线上及线下达人活动、培训和内容教育，提升达人内容质量及对电商平台规则、政策和工具的理解； 4、商家达人撮合：品牌及商家建立合作关系，挖掘商品与达人之间的合作机会，推动优质商品与达人高效匹配，实现平台健康增长； 5、项目协同与落地：与内部及外部相关团队协作，策划并执行以达人增长为核心的项目和活动，推动业务目标达成。 1.Growing and nurturing creators via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication. Directly responsible for core GMV target; 2.Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to boost their level of growth and increase creators' earning potential on the eCommerce Platform; 3.Design and implement internal learning programs and policy enablement for creators, and translate these insights into strategic external initiatives to drive creator engagement and growth; 4.Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth; 5.Execute ad hoc creator projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders while unlocking value and benefits for creators.

任职要求

1、语言能力：具备优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力；能够熟练使用英语和西班牙语，与内部及外部合作方进行有效沟通； 2、学历背景：本科及以上学历，工商管理、市场营销、传播学或相关专业优先； 3、执行力与学习能力：学习能力强，具备较强的主人翁意识和执行力，能够快速学习并主动推动事情落地； 4、数据分析能力：具备较强的数据分析意识，能够理解业务数据、发现问题，并进一步提炼可执行的业务洞察； 5、项目规划能力：具备较强的项目规划及组织能力，能够参与线上及线下活动的策划与执行；思维活跃，具备较强的创意和头脑风暴能力； 6、加分项： 1）有互联网电商或达人运营相关项目经验； 2）有培训、线上Webinar、线下Workshop等活动策划及执行经验； 3）有内容创作、社交媒体运营或个人创作者经验。 1.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Spanish, to communicate with internal and external stakeholders; 2.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field; 3.Fast learner and hands-on oriented-able to move things forward; 4.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights; 5.Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming; 6.Preferred Qualifications: 1)Prior experience in e-commerce is strongly preferred; 2)Experience in planning and executing training programs, webinars, or workshops; 3)Prior experience as a content creator is a plus.
