About the team We are seeking a proactive and socially savvy intern to join our TikTok LIVE team. We are obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimise TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users. This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, enjoys working with creators, and is passionate about the creator economy. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Support the planning and execution of creator campaigns and community initiatives for the Polish market, including campaign setup, creator coordination, communication, and progress tracking. - Monitor campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis, identifying key trends, learnings, and opportunities to improve future campaigns. - Maintain and organise campaign-related data, creator lists, performance trackers, and regular reporting. - Work closely with Creator and Agency Managers to support campaigns targeting different creator segments, including initiatives that help creators progress from Mature to Top tiers. - Support other ad-hoc creator growth and community projects based on market needs.

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related discipline. - Strong communication skills; Fluency in English and Polish as working languages, with strong oral and written communication skills in both, to support creator communications and cross-functional collaboration with global markets and key stakeholders based in Polish-speaking markets, where Polish is a primary working language. - Strong interpersonal skills, with an interest in working with creators, communities, and the digital content ecosystem. - Well-organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and support campaign execution from planning through to tracking and recap. - Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. - Analytical mindset and comfortable working with basic campaign/community data to identify trends and opportunities. - Previous internship, project, or extracurricular experience in social media, creator/influencer marketing, community management, events, or digital marketing is a plus. Preferred Qualifications - Good understanding of Polish culture, social media trends, and online communities; familiarity with the Polish creator ecosystem is a strong plus. - Comfortable communicating directly with creators and external partners in Polish. - Familiarity with major social/content platforms and a genuine interest in creator and community growth. - Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
