Responsibilities - Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs and statutory reporting; - Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy; - Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes; - Provide payroll reporting & analysis and assist with internal and external audits; - Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA; - Develop relationships with local authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc; - Partner and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline. - Strong interest in payroll and a solid understanding of fundamental payroll concepts are required; - Strong understanding of and hands-on experience in cross-cultural communication; - Prior internship experience with a top-tier accounting firm is required; - Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with data; completion of at least 11 ACCA papers is required; - Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Preferred Qualification - Candidates with overseas work experience preferred; - Willingness to work shifts is preferred.
