About the Team The TikTok Shop Campaign Operations team drives GMV growth on the platform in Japan through planning and executing large-scale sales campaigns and category-specific campaigns. The team conducts cross-category data analysis, campaign design, incentive planning, and promotion operations, aiming to maximize the participation of both creators and sellers and improve purchase conversion. Key Responsibilities 1. EC Online Campaign Operations Support (60%) - Simple banner edits (replacing product images and slogans in templates) - Setup support for in-app exposure slots (H5 pages, banners, in-app push notifications) - Boost operations for specific targets using internal tools - Coupon issuance configuration (executed per operation manual) 2. Creator / Seller Materials — Creation, Explanation & Translation (20%) - Assist in creating campaign guidelines, training materials, and operation manuals - Simple English → Japanese translation and terminology adjustment for materials 3. System Setup & Inquiry Response (20%) - First-line response to internal inquiries during campaign periods - System-side verification and FAQ guidance

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications: - Ability to accurately extract, organize, and aggregate data - Ability to execute operations accurately following manuals / rules (SOP compliance) - Japanese document creation ability (frequent external-facing documents) - OA Skills: Word (Beginner), Excel (Intermediate — IF / VLOOKUP / Pivot Table), PowerPoint (Intermediate) - Online campaign / event operations experience - Experience operating English-language systems or admin dashboards (reading & writing level acceptable) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Figma is a plus - Prior experience within a high-growth e-commerce, online marketplace, or platform business is a strong advantage - Experience operating effectively within a hyper-scaling, fluid environment TPA Hiring Disclaimer (for TikTok roles) ''Important Note: Please be advised that this job posting is on behalf of a third-party agency.
