The Governance and Experience Algorithm team was established in September 2020 and its main job is to support the following businesses with the most advanced AI technology： - Combat any kinds of risks/violations issues in E-commerce scenarios. - Build an E-commerce ecosystem and improve platform service capabilities We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. Responsibilities: - Develop scientific metrics to measure success of E-Commerce governance and experience team. - Develop the credit system for merchants and creators to incentivize good behavior. - Work closely with engineers and product managers, and drive project execution and iteration by clear problem scoping and design

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economy or a related discipline. • Proficient in at least one software programming language, such as SQL/R/Python. - Good self-driving ability and team cooperation ability, strong sense of responsibility, willingness and ability to challenge oneself and learn new knowledge. Preferred Qualifications: - Experiences in Hadoop/Spark/Storm and other computing platforms and tools. - Hands-on experience in open source machine learning frameworks such as pytorch and tensorflow.
