About Our Team The CapCut team has been established for seven years. We have incubated a suite of products including Jianying, CapCut, Xingtu, Hypic, Jimeng, Dreamina and Pippit, spanning video editing, image processing, AI generation, video marketing and other verticals. We are building a global product ecosystem empowered by AI. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. Plan and execute in-app or cobranding AI effect template production events to attract more creators to produce high quality AI effect templates for more users in CapCut PH. 2. Recruit PH professional and quality AI graphic & video talents who are familiar with AI design and video making tools (eg, Dreamina, Canva, Midjourney, etc) to produce viral & quality videos and images. 3. Manage top creator communities and host regular tutorial workshops to educate template creators polish their template making skills and improve template quality.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications 1. Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree 2. Good knowledge of AI video making and editing (eg. CapCut, Kling, Higgsfield, etc) 3.Good community management and education skills. Good at presentation and workshop moderation. 4. Fluent in English and PH language speaker. Preferred Qualifications 1. Attuned to viral content across short-video platforms and social media trends 2. Familiar with video editing software or applications (eg. Adobe, CapCut, etc) 3. working experience in content related project management or operations.
