Team Introduction: E-commerce is a new and fast growing business that aims at connecting all customers to excellent sellers and quality products, through E-commerce live-streaming, E-commerce short videos, and commodity recommendation. Our E-commerce Recommendation and Search Infra team is responsible for building up and optimizing the infrastructure for such recommendation and search systems, so as to provide the best experience for our users. We work closely with applied machine learning engineers and build scalable systems to support all kinds of innovative algorithms and techniques. The Search team is mainly responsible for the search algorithm innovation and architecture research and development of TikTok Shop. We use cutting-edge machine learning technology for end-to-end modeling and continuous innovation and breakthroughs, while focusing on the construction and performance optimization of distributed systems and machine learning systems. Responsibilities - Build and maintain high-performance online services and data pipelines for TikTok Shop recommendation and search systems. - Design and develop high-performance computing frameworks and storage systems for e-commerce scenarios. - Develop and optimize search engine architecture for TikTok Shop, including retrieval systems and data processing platforms. - Ensure production system stability and build industry-leading distributed systems for massive data and business scale. - Apply data mining, machine learning, and NLP techniques to extract insights from large-scale e-commerce datasets. - Collaborate with global teams to drive search and recommendation innovation for TikTok Shop users worldwide.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline. Experience programming in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, Java or Golang; - Effective communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive; - Experienced in at least one area of the following areas: personalized recommendations, search engine, machine learning, distributed storage system, big data frameworks is a plus. - Familiar with many open source frameworks in the field of big data, e.g.Hadoop, Hive,Flink, FlinkSQL,Spark, Kafka, HBase, Redis, RocksDB, ElasticSearch etc. for big data roles. - Proficient coding skills and strong algorithm & data structure using C++/Python/Java. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Agile, quick self learner, highly self-motivated with strong sense of product ownership and creative problem solver. - Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment. - Experience in e-commerce related areas. - Experience in information retrieval, machine learning system development is preferred; - Experience in distributed computing, storage systems, and development is a plus.
