About the Role: This role plays a key part in shaping the creator ecosystem for TikTok LIVE in the DACH region. You will be responsible for discovering and recruiting talented livestreamers, supporting their professional growth, and helping them achieve sustainable income through engaging and high-quality content. Responsibilities - Manage and grow a portfolio of TikTok LIVE Gaming creators across different performance tiers. - Build strong relationships with gaming creators or gaming agencies, and provide strategic guidance to drive long-term success on TikTok LIVE. - Help creators grow their audience and monetisation by leveraging TikTok LIVE gaming features, products, and best practices. - Conduct regular business reviews, analyse creator performance, and develop data-driven growth plans. - Drive creator participation in platform campaigns, gaming events, and product launches. - Identify high-potential gaming creators and support their onboarding and development. - Stay up to date with gaming trends, the German gaming ecosystem, and creator needs to identify growth opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve creator experience and achieve business goals.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2+ years of experience in Creator Management, Talent Management, Gaming, Digital Entertainment, or a related field. - Proficiency in German with professional English proficiency both written and spoken in order to collaborate with German agencies - Passionate gamer with a strong understanding of the German gaming ecosystem, livestreaming, and gaming communities. - Experience managing creators or influencers and driving creator growth. - Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimise creator performance. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in gaming, livestreaming, social media, esports, or creator platforms. - Strong understanding of creator monetisation and LIVE business models. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for gaming and emerging digital entertainment trends.
