About the Team TikTok Shop's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Assist in triaging and investigating high-priority e-commerce escalations related to various online risks and harms. - Support the team in conducting root-cause analyses to strengthen GNE's risk prevention and management capabilities. - Monitor key performance metrics and escalation trends to help produce data-driven insights and reports for leadership. - Assist in drafting and updating frameworks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for emergency management. - Support the gathering of information from Legal, Policy, and Product teams to ensure a unified, cross-functional response to platform risks.

任职要求

Minimum Qualification(s): - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (Business, Law, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or related fields preferred). - Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and interpret data to identify trends. - Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to summarize complex situations clearly and concisely. - A "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly. - Strong attention to detail, essential for conducting investigations and ensuring compliance. Preferred Qualification(s): - Interest in Trust & Safety, platform governance, or global e-commerce regulations. - Technical proficiency with SQL or advanced Excel is a plus.
