About the Team Our team is at the forefront of building and optimizing content safety systems. With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language and multimodal models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end product management for the core risk control platform supporting international short-form video enforcement and user experience, including requirements analysis, product strategy, design, and project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine business rules; monitor post-launch performance, and continuously iterate to improve product effectiveness and user outcomes. - Proactively identify business pain points and risk control gaps, driving the development and enhancement of system tools; define and execute a scalable product roadmap aligned with evolving business and risk landscapes. - Enhance AI/ML based detection models to improve precision and recall in identifying harmful accounts while minimizing false positives. - Assess workflow inefficiencies, identifying process gaps and implementing automation or policy changes for better enforcement. - Stay abreast of industry-leading risk control solutions and best practices, translating insights into practical applications to strengthen platform capabilities.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Trust & Safety, account safety, or abuse detection. - Strong understanding of user governance, automated enforcement systems, and adversarial behavior in online platforms. - Experience in AI/ML-driven risk detection, abuse prevention, or content moderation. - Ability to influence product roadmaps and drive prioritization based on safety and enforcement needs. Preferred Qualifications - Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python) and experience working with large datasets to identify trends. - Experience working in 0-1 and 1-10 product roles, building scalable solutions from scratch. - Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
