Team Introduction: CapCut is an all-in-one video editing app that empowers creators to express themselves and transform videos into creative masterpieces. In addition to its basic features, such as video editing, text, stickers, filters, colors and music, CapCut offers free advanced features, including keyframe animation, smooth slow-motion effects, chroma key, Picture-in-Picture (PIP), and stabilization to help you capture and snip moments. CapCut Template is a feature that allows users to create videos quickly and easily by applying pre-designed editing formats. Users simply insert their own media to generate a customized final video. These templates serve different types of users: - Content creators who professionally use social platforms and rely on templates to scale production and engage with trends. - Professional videomakers, editors, and small businesses looking for practical, high-quality solutions for promotion and communication. - Casual social media users who want to participate in trends or create fun videos without needing editing skills. This position sits within the viral content area, where the main goal is to transform templates into scalable trends that encourage any user to become a content creator — respecting different audience verticals and usage behaviors across platforms. Responsibilities - Cover the whole journey of content operation, including inspiration mining based on in-app data or social media data or trends, content curation: study and understand the user profile, utilizing content elements to customize the content for target audience, organizing content production and calibration with CapCut template creators, and plan the in-app or cooperation activity to improve in-app content production and out-app content influence. - Understand the painpoint and capability of CapCut template creator, deliver content understanding and editing knowledge to educate creators, and know how to design a policy or community rules to motivate and manage them. - Responsible for viral content iteration, providing valuable insight to editorial and aesthetic content based on market trends and user needs, including but not limited to effects, stickers, editing styles of pictures and video. - Analyze data and metrics on content consumption and explore content development directions to satisfy different demands of users. - Work closely with effect, product and marketing teams to efficiently conduct pre-research, performance checks, launch and promotion of effects and functions. What Success Looks Like - You not only react to trends — you actively shape how CapCut enters, scales, and creates trends through templates that enable mass participation, while respecting different user groups and content behaviors. - You enable an ecosystem where creators understand and follow OPS-driven content directions while also contributing their own creative exploration — both from a narrative and editing perspective. - You diagnose performance gaps fast across different projects, pinpointing the specific needs of each one — and act decisively to unblock and optimize. - You are a key connector between the content landscape, the creator community, and our internal teams — driving not just day-to-day execution, but also long-term operational improvements, scalable processes, and stronger impact from templates within the broader trend ecosystem.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from any major, majores related film production, digital marketing, communication, visual design are preferred. - 3+ years of working in content related project management or operations, experience of short video industry preferred. - Familiar with digital content eco-system and data analytics. - Fluent in English, highly committed to the position, and experience working in a remote online collaboration environment. Preferred Qualification(s) - Deep enthusiasm for AI effects, filters, and generative media trends, and the ability to translate them into mainstream content. - Good knowledge of short video creation or editing, familiar with editing tools, such as CapCut, Adobe, Alightmotion..etc - Organized and structural mindset, good at target breakdown, strategic thinking and planning.
