About the Team TikTok's Scaled Growth team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our Scaled Growth team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok. Responsibilities - Drive the rollout of global frameworks by analyzing market nuances to design and execute the best GTM strategies for high program penetration (i.e Global Agency Badging Program) - Design, launch, and execute tailored enablement programs and compelling narratives from scratch, equipping your agency ecosystem with the strategic solutions and key resources they need to maximize their growth on our platform. - Coordinate closely with regional sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure total internal alignment and drive program championing across the organization. - Act as the voice of your region, gathering insights and partner feedback to help central teams evolve our global product roadmaps and platform infrastructure.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years experience in business development, business operations, or program management in the advertising industry. - Strong ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. Preferred Qualifications - Strong understanding of the media agency landscape, mainly independent agencies. - Proven ability to think creatively and build programs from the ground up to influence internal teams and external agency executives. - Passion for SMB business
