Team Intro: The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, data analytics, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - This organized individual must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, be flexible and able to take initiative when working independently or as part of the wider team. - Support the monitoring of commercial performance via dashboards and reporting frameworks - Support the driving forward of high-priority initiatives, ensuring measurable impact - Lead external and internal research to identify agency market trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning - Translate research and complex data into actionable strategic recommendations for sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders - Conduct market sizing, business model assessments, and competitive benchmarking specific to the agency ecosystem

任职要求
