About the Team The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves. TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Korea aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view. Responsibilities: You will be in charge of acquiring creator agency, community growth, and business partnership in TikTok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow TikTok LIVE together as a partner while building a good relationship value with agencies. - Formulate agency strategies based on market and competitive research - Developing new entertainment agencies and forming partnerships - Providing support for live streaming activities including report creation for entertainment agencies - Creating manuals and community guidelines for entertainment agencies - Conducting workshops for entertainment agencies - Management of goals and KPI and data analysis - Planning and executing other related policies

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications: - Proficiency in IT, media industry or entertainment related sales or business development - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in an international and diverse environment - Proficiency in Korean as this role is required to be in charge of the Korean market Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the LIVE streaming industry - Experience in B2B new business sales - Experience building and managing a team from scratch
